The Security Council of the United Nation, will on Thursday next week hold a ministerial-level talk and discussion. The meeting is to deal on the threat emanating from the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction. It will also focus on enforcing the sanctions on North Korea.

However, findings reveal that the impact of those sanctions given to North Korea depends largely on whether China, the ally and main economic partner of North Korea will fully implement them and on Russia, which in her own, is hosting many of North Korean workers, running into tens of thousands in number.
